Tarkin is a graffiti legend from Biel who has had a decisive influence on the scene and stands out with his very own style and artistic skills. After a long break from art, he is back to his old strength. "Drawing and sketching have always been my favourite pastimes. When I saw the first graffiti, I immediately realised that I wanted to learn this too."
